Well done all the Seishan squad at the Karate England Nationals. 4 gold, 4 silver and 10 bronze. Just gets better and better.

Congratulations to Jamie and Sam who fought for England at the WUKF European Championships. Jamie winning Bronze in team kumite and Sam winning two Bronze medals for individual kata and team kumite.

A sad day to mark the passing of Suzuki Sensei.

Karate is fun. I like Pinan nidan. I had my first ever competition which was good even though I did not get any medals. I will try my best next time.

Just looked ont he Karate England website and it says "Mark Searson s Seishan club dominate the Wado sections." for the england nationals, even though it was ages ago, well done to everyone that went (Y)

hi mark.just found your website.good to see your still teaching.i trained in your adult classes in dagenham a few years ago.i really enjoyed every minuate of it.it was really good for my bad back.wish you had a club near canvey island.i have looked at a few clubs near by but none of them are upto your standard.anyway hope you and family are keeping well.all the best from nigel,tracy,jay and sara.
