GRADING – Sun 11 March

Children: White, red & yellow 3pm
Children: Orange & above and adults 4pm
All Karateka must wear a white Karate Gi with Seishan Badge and produce an up to date licence. Cost of Grading £15. Coloured belts will be available on the day at £3.50 each. Anyone taking 6th Kyu or above must bring fighting pads and gumshield.

SQUAD TRAINING – Sun 25 March
Casa Social Club, Oxlow Lane, Dagenham RM9 5XJ
3pm – 5pm. Cost - £8. You will need fighting pads and gi.

SUGASAWA RENSHI COURSE - Sat 31 March
Sugasawa Sensei at Woodham Walter nr Danbury, Essex.

HOLIDAY GRADING COURSE – 2-6 April
Casa Social Club, Oxlow Lane, Dagenham RM9 5XJ
Syllabus training each morning, Monday to Friday with a grading on last day.
Cost £50 (includes grading).
Places are limited so please book in advance (£10 non returnable deposit).

From Wednesday 4th April training at Becontree Heath Leisure Centre moves from Room 3a to the main sports hall.
